Pelham Tax Rate Set

The Town of Pelham 2016 property tax rate has been set at $20.95 per $1,000 of property valuation, a decrease of $2.31 (-11%) from 2015.

The breakdown of the tax rate is:

  • Town government - $6.02, a decrease of 88 cents;
  • Local education (school) - $11.62, a decrease of $1.03;
  • State education tax - $2.082, a decrease of 34 cents;
  • County tax -1.23, a decrease of 6 cents.
