Preschoolers are cute when they are doing nothing special, but put them on stage in their holiday finest and the holidays come alive. When Library Street School had a parade of these preschoolers, it could be seen that much practice had gone into the preparation. One class proceeded to the stage with a song, some with accompanying dance moves or hand signs, even to the point of shaking a Christmas tree and retrieving a candy cane form the branches.
Parents, grandparents and some brothers and sisters watched with cell phones in the air recording the event. But what would end the performance but Santa’s arrival and a chance for everyone to sit on his lap and visit with the jolly man.
