Aana Gulati Stands Tall as PMA Spelling Bee Champ

The students at the Presentation of Mary Academy are fresh off the geography bee and ready for more. The students loaded into the auditorium to see who would win the bragging rights of spelling bee champion. The students advanced to the competition by scoring the highest in their classes. Participants were from grades three through eight with a total of 23 in all. The words started off simple and quickly progressed in difficulty as students were slowly eliminated. The final round was a friendly competition between fifth graders Aana Gulati and Mary Deen. Aana was the last one standing. Congratulations to all the contestants.
